My hearing loss was moderate to severe and I liked that ReSound was a pioneer with the connection to the iPhone. I'm a big proponent of iPhone and I like the way that they connect. I'm able to control the volume and the different settings I'm in. I can also adjust my hearing aids to make changes to the environment that I found myself in and very easily by using the iPhone.

I assumed that all ReSound hearing aids would take rechargeable batteries and someone purchased a ReSound for me as a gift. They call them doors that come with zinc batteries. However, when I took them to my audiologist, they gave me the bad news that rechargeable batteries couldn't be used with my hearing aids. Still, I wouldn't reject ReSound since I should done more research myself to understand that not every ReSound hearing aid is the same. Their current model, Quattro, uses rechargeable batteries but only some of them do with the one that I purchased. No one made me aware of it, so it was not ReSound's fault. You gotta shop around and investigate as to what's available for your hearing loss. Another factor to consider is having a good audiologist and I'm very happy with where I'm serviced which is at the Audiology Department at Hackensack Costco.

I have worn hearing aids by several different brands and these are the best I have used. The sound quality is excellent and I can tell a real difference when I take them out that I have not been able to tell with other brands (MAICO and Beltone, and Marvel). I have an Android phone so I cannot do the advanced functions but I can control the volume and switch between the noise filter and speech clarity and that's good enough for me. I have the universal tulip domes therefore I don't worry with the domes being the exact size because they conform to my ears. One word of caution which is true for all domes, Make sure you replace them once a year to avoid them tearing off in your ear and having to be removed with a pair of tweezers in a doctor's office. I had this happen recently. Overall I am very happy with my hearing aids. The technology keeps getting better all the time.

Bluetooth to my iPhone. Easy to adjust volume. When sharing my phone to listen to family, must remember to disconnect my hearing aids. Have owned my resound hearing aids for 6'years. Must use 312 size batteries. I purchase by box, 8 quantity. This amount lasts me a month. Batteries are easy to insert and remove. For best sound, should clean wax trap daily. Plastic pull helps with removal of hearing aides. Batteries signal when they are getting low on charge. I have two hearing aides, one in each ear. I can check the strength of the batteries in each on my smartphone. Each hearing aid is color coded for right (red) and left (blue).

They are easy to adjust the sound to cut out any background noise. When updates on my iPhone are done Resound the automatically updates so I don't have to worry. I like that they are a closed unit so I don't have to worry about wearing them around the pool, not going under water of course.

I am glad I took all the advice of my hearing aid fitter person and got the app and linked/synced the app on my iPhone with my Verizon service...and I have the TV thingie so my neighbors don't have to listen to my TV show choices. These are the best hearing aids I've ever owned.

I got these at Costco Hearing Center. I don't like that online user support is lacking when I need help when the technician isn't unavailable. The technician was knowledgeable but not always available. I was told it takes a little getting used to, but I've had these for over 2 years and can't say it works all that well for me. I still have a hard time hearing people who are soft spoken or who are more than 3-5 feet away. It's the bluetooth connected ones and is synced with my phone, but adjusting it to the environment you're in is not easy. The fit isn't good, they always feel like they're going to fall out, so I'm always having to push it farther into the ear. I got them because they aren't as visible as some of the older ones, at this point I really need to be able to hear speech. I don't think I'll get these again nor recommend them.

I have had my Resound LiNX Quattro hearing aids for 2 years with very few problems. However I have had to purchase 2 replacement charging Cases at $200.00 each. The case insert plug gets very "loose" fitting and the cord charging plug fits too loosely or activate or charging the case. I've sent notes/emails to Resound over the past 2 years and they have NEVER RESPONDED.

I have the hearing aids that wrap around your ear and can adjust the sound volume on them. They work very well and are very easy to maintain. The brand is Resound LiNX Quattro which isn't real expensive so an average person can afford them.

I have analog hearing aids for long until my hearing worn out. I got Resound digital. The sound is not that great. Sound like microphone sound. I think they should give more option not to discount the old analog hearing aid.

Using a ReSound Linx3D. Had a phonak before. There is a world of difference in sound quality and streaming. I also like it can work with my implant. Was not able to adjust the phonak to work with implant. The battery life far exceeds my expectations.
